Procurement Innovation is a pillar within Procurement overseeing procurement tools, processes, reporting, and AI. Your role will involve close collaboration with key cross-functional partners, including Finance Technology Group, Procurement Operation, Third-Party Security, and various other business units. The Difference You Will Make: In this exciting role, you will have responsibility to manage the supplier onboarding process, including the management of the tools, orchestration, and support the cross-function teams involved in onboarding operations to smoothly onboard third-party suppliers into the Airbnb financial system You will also provide in-depth knowledge and optimization of supplier programs at Airbnb including maintaining effective supplier risk oversight measures, and establishing critical supplier programs in tandem with our Sourcing team. In this role, we will measure your impact by developing process improvement recommendations based on your deep understanding of current procurement practices. You will enhance the supplier experience by executing transformational initiatives, aligning it with stakeholders' business needs while mitigating risk for Airbnb. A Typical Day: Oversee and maintain supplier onboarding programs, ensuring the process meets the business and commercial needs of the organization. Enrich the supplier experience by executing transformational initiatives that anticipate emerging supplier needs and deliver innovative solutions, aligning with stakeholders' business needs while mitigating risk for Airbnb. Monitor supplier compliance to document operational health and improvements; communicate progress, barriers, risks, and benefits to appropriate business and management levels. Collaborate with various teams to understand the requirements of the supplier risk management program and identify opportunities for system and operational enhancements. Manage project execution and tool implementation, providing detailed subject matter advice in the development of deliverables. Provide expertise in the areas of source-to-pay, supplier risk management, regulatory assessment, procurement technology, and overall procurement transformation functions. Your Expertise: Degree or advanced degree in business, finance, supply chain or related fields. 8+ years of experience managing procurement programs and/or leading preferred supplier programs Experience managing supplier onboarding and risk management tools and processes, with expertise in implementing enterprise-wide systems. Experience using data, automation, or AI tools to support decision-making. Skilled in building relationships in a cross-functional environment and proven success in infl
