Driving Revenue Growth and Strategic Client Expansion As a Senior Client Partner, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and expanding Aleph's footprint in Switzerland, directly contributing to revenue generation, portfolio expansion, and long-term strategic client partnerships. This is a revenue-driven, commercially focused role. You will own a book of business, identify new growth opportunities, and position Aleph as a strategic partner within the Swiss digital advertising ecosystem. What You Will Do Revenue Growth and Portfolio Expansion Sell Microsoft Advertising solutions to both new and existing advertisers. Proactively generate new leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities. Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer sales experience. Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance. Strategic Client Leadership Build and maintain a strong network of contacts across key verticals through industry events, outreach, and market engagement. Engage regularly with new and existing clients to understand campaign objectives, KPIs, and future marketing plans. Recommend tailored solutions from the product portfolio to help clients achieve their business and marketing goals. Lead onboarding processes for new clients, including guiding them through legal and compliance requirements. Market and Cross-Functional Impact Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Introduce Aleph to new prospects and expand presence across target industries. Collaborate closely with Client Solutions Managers (Account Managers) to ensure smooth campaign launches and execution. Provide timely, actionable feedback to clients to optimize performance and strengthen relationships. What We Are Looking For 3+ years of digital advertising experience, in business development, account management, key account management, or ad sales. Strong understanding of the Swiss advertising ecosystem, with an established network across key industry players and stakeholders, particularly within media agencies, as well as advertisers and publishers. Strong commercial skills, with direct responsibility for revenue. Direct experience in paid search advertising (SEM), performance advertising, and e-commerce. The ability to work independently and set your own workflows to achieve sales targets, including in a fully remote setup. Right to work in Switzerland (Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship, or a valid Swiss work permit). Fluency in French and English. French is a plus.
