Monthly close & reporting: own the FP&A month-end close and the global management reporting package (actuals vs. budget, forecast and prior year, variance commentary, KPI dashboards). Work with Accounting to ensure management and statutory figures reconcile. Business partnering: serve as finance partner to Retail, E-Commerce, Wholesale, Merchandising and Supply Chain leaders on store P&Ls, inventory productivity and open-to-buy, pricing, promotional plans, and business cases for store openings and market entries. Processes & controls: design, document and continuously improve FP&A processes, templates, review controls and data standards. Drive reporting automation across the finance stack (NetSuite, Excel / Google Sheets, BI tools) in coordination with Accounting and IT. Leadership support: prepare materials for executive and board reviews and lead ad hoc analyses requested by the CFO and the Head of Finance. Review and guide the work of junior team members. Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, controlling or financial planning, with significant exposure to a company-wide or business-unit scope. Retail experience is mandatory: proven experience in a retail or fashion company with a store network and multi-channel model, and a solid command of store economics, seasonality, markdowns, inventory and open-to-buy. Strong margin expertise: gross margin building blocks, markdown and promotional impact, landed cost, inventory valuation and provisions, with the ability to explain margin drivers clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
