Role Overview The Senior Director, Growth (Digital) Marketing serves as a commercial leader within the Chaos revenue organization, owning the global strategy, execution, and P&L of the direct digital and e-commerce business. Accountable for scaling a €10M+ ARR target, this position has ownership for scaling the Chaos Product-Led Growth (PLG) and demand generation model. The Senior Director, Growth Marketing translates our AEC growth vision into actionable marketing frameworks, converting global digital traffic into scalable new customer ARR. This is a strategic leadership role with a strong operational mandate. The Senior Director is expected not only to set the direction, but to work closely and hands-on with the team to turn strategy into execution, solve problems, improve performance, and accelerate results. We are looking for a leader who is equally comfortable defining the growth framework and getting into the detail of campaigns, funnels, channels, data, and experimentation alongside the team. The role has strategic and operational responsibility for Chaos’ digital growth activities across Campaigns, Performance Marketing & Analytics, Website & Organic Growth (SEO/GEO), and social media & influencer marketing. Key Responsibilities Manage forecasting and drive performance against the €10m ARR digital channels, continuously monitoring and improving funnel performance. Lead, scale, and manage a matrixed organization of 10+ marketing professionals across five dedicated functional sub-teams. Focus on leadership succession planning, capability building, and fostering an outcome-driven operational culture. Report Ecommerce activities to the CRO incl. always-on and one-off initiatives. Manage the global Marketing budget allocation, ensuring spend is allocated accordingly and appropriately to enable achievement of key deliverables. Manage the day-to-day execution of performance marketing campaigns, maintaining oversight of acquisition spend, bid optimization strategies, and budget allocation across new customer acquisition, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and customer base retention campaigns. Support hands-on in campaign planning and execution. Execute the content-driven search frameworks across international markets, utilizing advanced SEO and GEO strategies. Own the global web properties of Chaos and optimize performance via continuous A/B testing. Deliver organic communication and influencer strategies across global channels (targeting a base of 1M+ followers) within the Chaos primary audience segments (architects, designers, and creative studios). Test and assess new approaches, methods, responses to the markets via digital market channels (influencers, paid, web, campaigns). Manage agency relationships and external freelancers, ensuring performance standards are met and constantly reviewed.
