Senior Developer – Platform Operations Job Purpose As a Senior Developer – Platform Operations at CI&T, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise digital platforms supporting North American business operations. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact during the night shift, providing hands-on production support, troubleshooting escalated website issues, and ensuring seamless platform operations. You will work closely with content publishing teams, non-technical stakeholders, and global teams to diagnose and resolve site-level issues involving modern frontend applications, headless CMS platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and third-party integrations. This role requires strong technical expertise in React, Next.js, Contentful, and GitHub Actions, combined with excellent troubleshooting skills, operational ownership, and the ability to work independently during non-overlapping regional hours. Required Technical Stack Core Tech Stack: React | Next.js | Contentful | GitHub Actions | Third-Party Integrations | CI/CD React – Strong hands-on experience supporting, maintaining, and debugging modern frontend applications Next.js – Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Next.js-based web applications Contentful – Experience managing and troubleshooting headless CMS configurations, content delivery, schemas, and content models GitHub Actions – Experience with automated builds, deployments, release checks, and CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting Third-Party Integrations – Exposure to platforms such as Bazaarvoice, PriceSpider (Where to Buy), and Salsify, or similar e-commerce and digital experience integrations API & Data Integration – Ability to trace and troubleshoot data flows between frontend applications, headless CMS platforms, and third-party APIs Production Support – Experience with application support, production troubleshooting, site reliability, and operational maintenance of enterprise platforms Key Accountabilities Platform Operations & Production Support Provide hands-on technical support for digital platforms during North American business hours Serve as the primary technical escalation point for Content Publishing Teams and other non-technical stakeholders Investigate and resolve website issues that cannot be addressed at the operational content level Monitor platform performance, availability, and overall site stability Troubleshoot production incidents and implement appropriate site-level resolutions Perform root cause analysis and document technical findings and resolutions Ensure timely response and resolution of escalated production tickets in accordance with established SLAs Frontend & Headless CMS Management Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and debug web applications built using React and Next.js Manage and investigate issues involving Contentful configurations and content delivery Troubleshoot CMS schemas, content models, and content-related application issues Identify frontend issues caused by content configuration, rendering, or data delivery Trace and validate data flows between frontend applications and headless CMS platforms Ensure consistent website functionality and seamless content delivery Collaborate with content publishing teams to identify and resolve technical publishing issues Deployment & CI/CD Pipeline Management Utilize GitHub Actions to support automated builds, deployments, and release processes Monitor deplo
