As the Program Manager, Recruiting Enablement, you will design, build, and deliver the training that helps Datadog’s recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and hiring managers do their best work, including how they use AI across the hiring process. You’ll turn new tools, processes, and AI workflows into e-learning, live sessions, and job aids that people use on the job, then keep them running in our learning platform. You’ll partner closely with our Senior Enablement Program Manager to shape the enablement roadmap. You’ll have a real say in what gets built and why, while owning the design and quality of everything we ship. This is an opportunity to shape how a growing global team learns, and to grow your craft in instructional design, facilitation, and AI-assisted content creation.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
What You’ll Do:
Own the recruiting onboarding experience and development track as programs in their own right — scope, design, delivery, and results
Partner with the Recruiting Enablement team on the roadmap, intake, and prioritization, bringing your own read on where the team’s gaps are
Design learning across the recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to interviewing and closing, including how teams apply AI to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication — and where human judgment still has to lead
Partner with our AI Enablement leader to bring AI programming to the recruiting team — translating broader AI initiatives into recruiting-specific training, and surfacing what recruiters actually need back to that roadmap
Build e-learning in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline, plus facilitator guides, job aids, videos, and knowledge checks, using AI tools to speed up production
Facilitate live training, virtually and in person, for teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, and coach subject matter experts to deliver sessions themselves
Support the rollout of new tools and processes with training plans, launch communications, and office hours that help people adopt them
Run our team's day-to-day work in Docebo, our learning management system, as the first point of contact for learner questions: publish courses and learning plans, package SCORM content, troubleshoot issues, and partner with our Learning Technology team on releases and escalations
Measure what's working through completion, confidence, and manager-reported readiness, and keep content current with clear owners, source files, and review dates
Continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of the program — content refreshes, automation, and better measurement of what actually moves recruiter performance
Who You Are:
4+ years in instructional design, enablement, learning and development, or talent acquisition, including time building training for a recruiting or People team
Have a portfolio of curricula, e-learning, and job aids you designed and shipped, and a record of running several projects at once
Skilled in Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline and grounded in adult learning methods such as ADDIE or SAM
An engaging facilitator who can hold a room of experienced recruiters, in person and virtually, and build trust with partners you don't manage
Hands-on experience with an enterprise learning management system, including course setup, enrollments, SCORM, reporting, and troubleshooting
Fluent with AI in your own practice — you use it to draft, storyboard, generate assessments, produce media, and cut build time, and you can show the before and after
Able to judge where AI belongs in a hiring process and where it doesn’t, with a working understanding of the bias, candidate experience, and consistency risks that come with it
Able to break complex problems into smaller
