As we continue to scale our global platform, the Senior Licensing Manager – UEFA will play a critical role in strategically growing and leading the UEFA Masterlicense business unit. ROLE OVERVIEW The Senior Licensing Manager – UEFA serves as the senior lead for the UEFA Masterlicense business, owning client and licensee relationships while ensuring operational and financial objectives are met with precision and efficiency. This role partners closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic licensing plans that maximize revenue, position client brands appropriately, and identify new business opportunities across the European licensing landscape. The Director, Licensing – UEFA delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams) Cross-Functional Leadership: Communicate division strategy clearly across licensing, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution against the UEFA Masterlicense program's goals and objectives. Partner with senior leadership to report key business results to corporate officers and align divisional priorities with enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Coordinate with Finance on royalty reporting and royalty accounting, and with Legal on contract drafting and negotiation, ensuring seamless cross-functional delivery. People Leadership: Lead and direct the UEFA licensing business unit, setting performance goals for direct reports and providing ongoing evaluation against the group's objectives. Develop team members through clear expectations, coaching, and alignment to BOLD leadership principles to build a high-performing licensing organization. Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans) Build and maintain meaningful, trust-based relationships with UEFA and all licensing clients, key stakeholders, business partners, and strategic alliances to advance each client's licensing program. Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of all Fanatics Licensing Management (FLM) clients to proactively anticipate needs and deliver consistently high levels of service. Oversee day-to-day management of client licensing programs — including contract negotiation and royalty reporting — ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and strategic partnership support. Represent FLM at industry licensing trade shows and participate in business sessions with leading licensees to strengthen relationships and elevate the Fanatics brand in the European market. Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit) Assist in identifying new business opportunities that align with high-quality business strategies and support both short-term and long-term objectives of the UEFA licensing program. Work with the senior leadership team to develop and implement innovative strategic licensing plans that position client brands competitively and maximize licensing revenue. Continuously evaluate operational and logistics processes within the licensing business unit, identifying improvements that drive greater efficiency and effectiveness. Stay connected t
