Flink Robotics is a fast-paced startup, out of ETH Zurich's Computational Robotics Lab, building autonomous robots that can handle any item - including ones they've never seen before. We're revolutionising material handling, from stacking boxes to sorting parcels and unloading goods. Are you a student or recent graduate eager to kickstart your career? We are looking for Mechanical, Electrical or Robotics Engineers to join our hardware team and apply their skills to hands-on robotics. Who you are Eager to join a VC-backed startup and take on real responsibility from the start Passionate about robotics, with a keen interest in working with physical products most of the time Strongly motivated to get things done and get your hands dirty Proactive, curious and a clear communicator (fluent English) What you bring A Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or robotics First hands-on experience with physical hardware Analytical, technical and problem-solving skills that you can apply to real-world solutions Bonus: CAD experience and basic GD prior robot builds or personal and academic projects (maker builds, competitions); electrical or PCB design experience; familiarity with Linux What you'll do Design, assemble and manufacture new features for our robots, including our gripper Integrate all components of the robot (mechanics, electronics, sensors) into a working system Test and validate the hardware and help improve it based on the results Support the hardware team in the further development and manufacturing of our robots Why join An ambitious team building a product with huge potential Cutting-edge robotics problems Competitive salary and top-tier gear Based in Zurich, working hands-on with the robots in our own workshop Note: We do not accept applications for remote work and are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position.   Apply now if you’re ready to push boundaries and help shape the future of robotics!
