About the Role:
As a Design Operations Lead you will support the day-to-day operations of Gen's global product design organisation. You will work alongside product designers, researchers, design leaders, and cross-functional partners to improve the workflows, tools, and systems that help teams do their best work.
You will bring structure to planning, delivery, handoffs, reviews, and team rituals. By making ways of working clearer and easier to scale, you will help the design organisation operate with greater visibility, consistency, and focus and help teams deliver better outcomes for our customers.

Design Operations sits at the centre of this network, helping teams connect their plans, tools, rituals, and documentation so that creative work can move forward with less friction.

Maintain team documentation, briefs, review records, and other operational resources so that information is easy to find and act on
Create structure around design handoffs, stakeholder reviews, and team rituals to empower designers and improve cross-functional collaboration
Support continuous improvement through feedback loops, retrospective facilitation, and structured iteration on processes and ways of working
About You:

You are comfortable bringing clarity to complex work, coordinating across different perspectives, and improving processes in a fast-moving environment. You have a genuine appreciation for design and can build trust with creative, technical, and business partners.
