WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Product Implementation Associate, these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role: Guide clients, partners and integrators throughout the technical implementation of Getnet payment solutions using APIs, SDKs, App2App and other integration mechanisms. Analyze client needs, architectures, technical documentation and payment flows to recommend the most appropriate product configuration and integration approach. Coordinate across clients, partners, Product, Technology, Commercial and Operations teams to enable smooth implementations from initial discovery through production launch. Translate business requirements into viable technical-functional solutions, assessing scalability, customer experience, product capabilities, dependencies and potential implementation risks. Act as a product reference point by developing a strong understanding of product capabilities, integration architectures, dependencies and limitations. Capture and structure feedback from clients, partners and integrators to identify recurring friction points, gaps and opportunities to improve products and implementation processes. Collaborate closely with the Single Entry Point team to improve APIs, SDKs, technical documentation and the overall integration experience. Support Commercial teams in client discussions, discovery and solution definition, clearly communicating product capabilities, limitations and value to business, technical and operational stakeholders.
