Team mission As Director of Product, Growth, you will be the most senior product leader for our Growth organization, joining the Chief Product Officer's staff. Your mandate is to build each product in our growth and marketing portfolio in the right direction, in close alignment with our business goals — while always delivering real value back to our users, not just building to what marketing needs. Marketing channels that have historically been siloed are converging, and you will drive the scale, leverage, and consistently excellent user experience that convergence makes possible. This is one of the largest and most consequential product scopes at GetYourGuide: it sits atop the single largest line item on our P&L outside of revenue itself, spanning Landing Pages, Paid Search Technology, Strategic Partnerships, Lifecycle Marketing, and our Creative Platform (which includes our Marketing Technology Platform and Creator tooling). You will likely own or co-own strategy for a broader cluster as well. Equally important, you will build a great product management organization — hiring, developing, and growing PMs across the growth, data, UX, and platform archetypes that a world-class marketing product org needs. You will lead a team of several direct reports (a mix of product leads and managers) across a wider organization, partnering closely with senior stakeholders on the business side. This is a role with clear, measurable success criteria and a genuine path toward broader scope and impact as our growth investment continues to compound. What You'll Do Own a cohesive product strategy across Growth that ties investment to business impact in both absolute and relative terms — raising the bar on how opportunities are assessed and influencing prioritization across product and marketing. Champion user experience as a first-class lever in every product you and your team build, even highly technical ones — using "why is this good for our users" to guide decisions alongside business goals. Drive convergence across historically siloed marketing channels, building scale and leverage while maintaining a consistently excellent, trustworthy user experience across all of them. Build, grow, and uplevel a high-performing PM organization spanning growth, data, UX, and platform archetypes — hiring well, developing talent, and partnering closely with senior individual contributors. Operate effectively in a functional matrix, partnering with senior business leaders (including on paid search) where priorities are at times business-driven, while representing user and product interests at every level. Translate company-level strategy into a compelling long-term vision for Growth product, build alignment across cross-functional and executive stakeholders, and create excitement for that vision. Bring a clear point of view on how AI is changing product management and the growth/martech space, and help your organization put that into practice. What You Should Bring A proven track record leading marketing/growth product organizations at scale in consumer technology, as the senior product leader across a broad, multi-team scope. Deep experience in paid search product, plus meaningful experience in at least one other channel — lifecycle, affiliates/partnerships, or creative — rather than being a single-channel specialist. Comfort operating against large marketing budgets ($100M+), with the commerc
