In this role, you’ll play a key part in matching our Fellows to project opportunities by reviewing a high volume of resumes per day, assessing candidate qualifications and fit, and making clear, confident judgements that align with client and project needs. This is a high-throughput role. You'll be expected to hit daily review targets, keep pace with a fast-moving pipeline, and make sound calls quickly. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, but spend most of your time heads-down, screening candidates effectively and accurately. Required 2+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing or recruiting (recruiting coordination alone or hiring experience as a hiring manager in a non-recruiting role will not qualify) 1+ years experience using Google Suite tools such as Sheets and Docs Comfortable working against daily review targets and turnaround time expectations Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while working at speed Ability to make informed decisions quickly without over-deliberating Extra Credit Experience screening at scale in a high-volume recruiting, staffing, or sourcing environment Experience hiring across a variety of industries and functional roles. Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and recommend workflows that increase speed and efficiency.
