You’ll be as comfortable cracking a big campaign platform, activation or experiential idea as you are creating culturally relevant, platform-native social work. We’re looking for someone who understands that the best social ideas aren’t simply content, they’re ideas people want to talk about, participate in and share. Working closely with our Creative Directors and wider creative teams, you’ll develop ideas from first thought through to execution, helping us create work that moves seamlessly between campaigns, activations, content and culture. We want to see evidence of award-winning ideas, not just beautifully executed content. This is a hybrid position, based out of our London office. Create ideas that can start in social and grow into something bigger, as well as finding compelling social expressions of larger campaign platforms. Bring an award-winning mentality to briefs of every size, continually pushing the work beyond the expected. Work closely with Creative Directors to develop, challenge and elevate ideas from initial concept through to final execution.
