As a Graduate Fire Engineer, you will be an integral part of a dynamic design team. Working alongside experienced Engineers, you will receive ongoing technical support to build your knowledge and experience across fire engineering projects. As a Graduate Fire Engineer, you’ll work on a variety of exciting projects, helping to develop innovative fire engineering solutions for new and existing buildings. Your work will include: Carrying out fire engineering analysis on a range of new and existing building projects. Working across a diverse range of buildings, including high-rise office buildings, large retail complexes and airport developments, each presenting its own unique challenges. Analysing fire growth, means of escape, structural fire resistance and smoke control using a variety of methods, including computer modelling software such as Computational Fluid Dynamics. Preparing technical reports and liaising with clients, including some of the largest building developers in the country.
