This role is based in Paris, France and requires the successful candidate to be based in or willing to relocate to Paris. Fluent French and English (spoken and written) are essential for this position.

What will I be doing?
Drive hands-on delivery of core product features supporting our enterprise delivery partnership with ENGIE in France.
Translate overarching product strategy and vision into detailed functional requirements, clear user stories, and actionable product roadmaps.
Partner closely with cross-functional engineering, design, and delivery teams to manage product backlogs and execute sprint cycles.
Actively manage dual-stakeholder relationships across internal teams and ENGIE client leads using fluent French and English.
Analyse operational data, feature feedback, and platform metrics to continually refine and scale product capabilities.
About You
Ideally you'll have/be:
Full professional bilingual fluency (written and spoken) in both English and French.
Proven experience working at scale, managing complex systems, high-volume data, or enterprise platform integrations.
Strong hands-on product execution experience, showing proficiency with modern tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, product analytics tools).
Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of building trust across internal teams and enterprise clients.
Practical experience translating product vision into prioritised, well-defined roadmaps and delivery backlogs using Agile methodologies.
What will set you apart:
Prior experience within SaaS platforms, the energy sector, or large-scale utility migrations.
Direct experience executing integration projects with major international energy players like ENGIE.
Experience leveraging AI tools, machine learning capabilities, or LLM integrations within product workflows to enhance platform intelligence and automation.
Hands-on experience defining, prioritising, and delivering complex API integrations for large-scale enterprise platforms.
