Our Retail Team is the front line of this mission—bringing the Peloton experience to life by building relationships, educating customers, and closing sales. We are hosting a virtual Hiring Event on Monday, October 26, 2026 to find top-performing, energetic, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our Phoenix store team across three distinct roles! Roles We Are Hiring For 1. Lead Expert (Full-Time) Role Summary: A top-performing sales professional and floor leader. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll set the pace on the sales floor in a high-energy, commission-driven environment, driving individual revenue, managing CRM leads, and coaching peers to support a strong sales culture. Key Focus: Meeting/exceeding sales targets, auditing team CRM leads, leading floor operations during manager absence, and conducting engaging product demonstrations. Key Qualifications: 2+ years of retail sales experience (preferably in premium/commission sales), proven peer-mentorship abilities, highly organized with CRM experience, and a passion for health and wellness. Physical Demands: Active role requiring standing, walking, demonstrating products, and lifting 35+ lbs. 2. Part-Time Peloton Expert Role Summary: The core front-line driver of our store’s success. You will focus on building long-lasting client relationships, driving sales through product demonstrations, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. Key Focus: Individual sales achievement, Salesforce CRM outreach (phone/email), exceptional customer service, and product education. Key Qualifications: Prior customer-facing sales experience, strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays). Physical Demands: Active role requiring standing, walking, demonstrating products, and lifting 25+ lbs. 3. Seasonal Part-Time Peloton Expert (Through January 31st) Role Summary: Passionate about fitness and technology? Join us for the busy holiday season! You’ll deliver immersive in-store experiences, educate guests on Peloton products and content, and help new Members start their fitness journeys. Key Focus: In-store customer engagement, matching guests to the right products, supporting community and marketing events, and inventory/merchandising tasks. Key Qualifications: Customer service or fitness experience, empathetic listening skills, strong teamwork, and flexible availability throughout the seasonal timeframe (evenings, weekends, holidays). Physical Demands: Active role requiring standing, walking, demonstrating products, and lifting 25+ lbs.
