In this position, you will play a critical role in the scientific advancement of nonclinical and clinical programmes by serving as the core quantitative and clinical pharmacology lead within project teams. You will drive all aspects of clinical pharmacology across all development phases and strategically apply Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) approaches to understand and translate non-clinical PK/PD into human drug development strategies, optimise trial design, justify dose selections, inform development decisions and mitigate risk across early and late-stage development. Your scope will be modality-agnostic, giving you oversight that spans small molecules, large molecules, and novel platforms. The role is a hybrid role based at our state-of-the-art facility in the heart of London.
