You'll take ownership of a 20-person team across sales development, account executives, account managers, and customer success - optimising current performance while building the foundation for aggressive growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front. You'll be in the trenches with your team, modelling our GTM Operating Principles daily: always keeping the ball in your court, leveraging micro-commitments, and building systematic, repeatable processes that drive consistent outcomes. Employment: Salary: OTE Remuneration: £150,000 - £200,000 (incl. Pension) Base Salary: £100,000 - £130,000(incl. Pension) Commission: £50,000 - £70,000 (incl.
