As we continue to scale our operations and evolve our delivery network across Greece and Cyprus, we are looking for a Business Analyst to help us turn complex business questions and data into clear, actionable insights.
You will join our Strategy & BI team , working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Finance to transform raw operational data into models, identify opportunities, and support strategic and operational decisions that drive the business forward.
What you will be doing
Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key business metrics (KPIs)
Investigate operational questions end to end: define the metric, model the data correctly, validate against ground truth, and present a clear answer
Collaborate with the Operations team to translate operational challenges into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
Collaborate closely with BI team to define data requirements and data extraction
Translate forecasts into concrete operational plans (headcount, shifts, resourcing) for teams across the company
Support strategic initiatives with ad-hoc analysis and business case modelling
Document business processes and translate them into clear requirements for technical teams
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
3+ years in a business / operations / strategy analyst role, ideally in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or another operationally intensive domain.
Strong spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets and/or Excel) for planning and financial work
Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau or Power BI
Ability to own ambiguous problems end to end and present results clearly to senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills — ability to convey complex findings clearly
Structured problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
Greek and English working proficiency
Nice-to-have:
Experience in logistics, supply chain or operations analytics
Familiarity with SQL or Python
