WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN OUR TEAM You'll own technical success across the full customer lifecycle for Smartcat's biggest customers — from pre-sales discovery through implementation, adoption, and expansion. This is a forward-facing, outcome-owning role with full autonomy to make your customers successful: you'll be their point of contact and trusted advisor, building the AI-powered workflows and integrations that drive real ARR, while directly influencing product roadmap priorities along the way. MISSION Own technical success across the full customer lifecycle — from pre-sales workflow discovery to implementation, adoption, and expansion — driving ARR by delivering measurable outcomes and building AI-powered workflows that accelerate Agent Platform adoption, improve multilingual quality, and maximize long-term customer value. OUTCOMES Lead end-to-end technical execution across the customer journey, from pre-sales discovery and demos through deployment and value realization Build and deploy AI-powered workflows — prompts, agent skills, and configurations — that improve multilingual content quality, speed, and efficiency Own integrations and automation that embed Smartcat into enterprise systems (CMS, DAM, PIM, commerce platforms such as AEM, Drupal, SFCC) Serve as technical lead for customer deployments, owning validation, testing, and go-live readiness Drive post-sale adoption and enablement, quantify outcomes and value realization, and identify expansion opportunities based on technical success Partner with CX, Product, Engineering, and Account teams to close the feedback loop and influence roadmap priorities HOW YOU'LL RAMP By Day 30: Learn Smartcat's Agent Platform, workflow architecture, and integration capabilities (APIs, connectors, middleware) Shadow pre-sales discovery calls and demos to understand how technical solutions are scoped and sold Meet your GTM Account, CX, Product, and Engineering partners and get oriented in current customer deployments By Day 60: Own pre-sales technical discovery independently on at least one opportunity, translating requirements into a solution plan Be building and testing AI-powered workflows (prompts, agent skills, configurations) for a live customer Contribute to at least one integration effort with an enterprise system (CMS, DAM, PIM, or commerce platform) By Day 90: Serve as technical lead on a customer deployment from discovery through go-live, owning validation and readiness Have submitted technical feedback or bug reports that inform Product/Engineering roadmap decisions Be actively supporting post-sale adoption and identifying expansion oppo
