Support Worker within Mental Health Services / Support Worker within Learning Disability Services LOCATION: Wolverhampton PAY RATES: £16.81 - £21.01 per hour (including holiday pay). The individual enjoys cooking, basketball, eating out and taking part in community activities. You will become part of a dedicated core team that supports the individual regularly, providing the familiarity, stability and consistency they need to thrive. Working alongside two other Support Workers, you will have the opportunity to build trust, understand the individual’s communication and support needs, and develop a meaningful long-term professional relationship. Being part of a consistent team also enables you to see the positive impact of your support over time, celebrate progress and help the individual participate in the activities they enjoy. What We’re Looking For We want passionate, resilient professionals who can commit to delivering care without exception.
