Managing Director - THG Studios Reporting to: Group CEO About THG Studios THG Studios is an integrated creative and production agency helping ambitious brands create high-quality content, build stronger connections with their audiences and deliver measurable growth. Based in Manchester, we bring creative, production and technology together under one roof. Our work spans high-volume e-commerce content, social-first campaigns, brand platforms, immersive experiences and technology-led activations. We work with a broad range of well-known brands, including Disney, L’Oréal, Myprotein, LOOKFANTASTIC, ASDA, Sky Vegas, Warner Bros., Jet2, Swizzels, Avolta and The Overlap. As THG Studios continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Managing Director to lead the agency and build on its strong creative, production and technology capabilities. The Role The Managing Director will set the strategic direction for THG Studios and take overall accountability for its growth, commercial performance and market position. With full P&L ownership, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable revenue and profit growth, developing the agency’s proposition and identifying new opportunities across existing clients, new business and strategic partnerships. You will lead and support the senior leadership team, including the Group Creative Director, General Managers and Client Partners. You will also play an active role in senior client relationships, major pitches, strategic opportunities and escalated matters. This role requires a proven leader from the creative, production, content or agency sector who understands how to grow a successful business. You will need to combine commercial focus with creative ambition, strong operational discipline and the ability to build a high-performing team.
