Senior Field Marketing Specialist - Outbound

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join VTEX Brazil's B2B organization, with a focus on outbound demand generation and sponsorships. In this role, you will identify and engage potential customers through events, market intelligence, data, automation, and highly targeted outbound campaigns. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying new opportunities before connecting them with our Account Executives. You will also own the commercial sponsorship strategy for VTEX proprietary events, from prospecting and negotiation through the delivery of agreed sponsorship assets. Your responsibilities will include: Identify and engage relevant companies and decision-makers attending key industry events, turning participation signals into new commercial opportunities. Build and enrich target lists based on business priorities, market intelligence, data, automation, and AI. Design and execute personalized outbound cadences at scale, qualifying leads and opportunities before handing them over to Account Executives. Identify new prospects beyond events and continuously test new sources, segments, messages, and approaches to improve outbound performance. Lead sponsorship acquisition for VTEX proprietary events, including prospecting, commercial negotiation, and relationship management. Coordinate the delivery of sponsorship commitments, working with internal stakeholders to ensure agreed assets, deadlines, and scope are fulfilled. Support the execution of proprietary events, particularly activities related to sponsors, guests, and opportunity generation. Track outbound and event performance, using data to continuously improve targeting, conversion, and pipeline contribution. Use AI and automation to increase productivity, improve targeting accuracy, and scale personalization. For this position, you are required to attend the São Paulo office four days a week, from Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. About the Team You will join the B2B Field Marketing team in Brazil, part of VTEX's B2B Sales organization. The team works closely with Sales and other marketing functions to generate demand, create meaningful interactions with target accounts, and turn events and market signals into commercial opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, outbound, events, and sponsorships, combining analytical thinking with strong commercial execution and relationship-building. Who you are You have 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Growth, Business Development, Outbound, or related roles. You have hands-on experience generating pipeline through outbound campaigns, prospecting, events, or account-based initiatives. You are comfortable identifying, researching, engaging, and qualifying senior decision-makers within target accounts. You have strong commercial skills and experience negotiating sponsorships, partnerships, or similar business opportunities. You are analytical and comfortable using performance data to refine targeting, messaging, and execution. You know how to combine personalization with scale, using data, automation, and AI to make outbound more effective. You are highly organized and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. You combine autonomy and a hands-on mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You are fluent in Portuguese and English.
