The Role This posting covers a single opening on our Wealth Management team that will be leveled as either Senior Advisor or Lead Advisor, based on the candidate's years of experience and professional designations. Both levels share the same core mandate and must-have requirements below. As a Senior or Lead Advisor on our Wealth Management team, you'll provide comprehensive support to our high net worth clients throughout their journey with us. This position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets. Your performance will be evaluated on a balanced scorecard focused entirely on delivering world-class client experiences. Client segment by level: Senior Advisors typically support clients with $1MM+ in assets; Lead Advisors typically support clients with $3MM+ in assets. Final leveling and book assignment is based on experience and designations held.
