THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Partnerships Success Account Executive (m/f/d) – Franchise to strengthen our German partner team at Wellhub Urban Sports Club! This is a hybrid role that combines in-office days at one of our locations with flexible remote work. In this position, you will drive strategic growth and management of our largest franchise partner networks. YOUR IMPACT Strategic Account Management: You take full ownership of managing and developing a portfolio of large fitness franchise partners (e.g., fitness, recovery, and boutique chains) to sustainably maximize check-ins, retention, and partner revenue on the Wellhub Urban Sports Club platform. AI-Powered Efficiency Enhancement: You actively leverage modern AI tools to automate account management processes, create predictive performance analyses, and personalize partner communication at scale, freeing up time for personal partner management. Growth & Expansion: You proactively identify expansion potential within existing franchise structures and lead contract negotiations at the HQ and multi-unit levels. Data-Driven Consulting: You analyze complex KPI data (utilization, consumer behavior) using modern BI solutions and AI analytics to derive actionable recommendations for our franchise partners and demonstrate the ROI of the partnership. Collaboration & Best Practices: You work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams at Wellhub Urban Sports Club to continuously improve technical partner onboarding and share best practices across the company. WHO YOU ARE You bring at least 3–5 years of solid experience in partner success, key account management, or strategic partnerships, ideally in a scale-up, SaaS, or professional franchise environment. You have a deep understanding of platforms, franchise systems, multi-unit business models, and the European fitness and wellbeing industry. Using Generative AI comes naturally to you. You use LLMs (such as Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT), apply prompt engineering confidently, and naturally utilize AI-driven automation to make your daily work more efficient, leaving more time for personal partner support. You are proficient in working with CRM software (Salesforce) and possess strong data literacy (experience with Looker, Metabase, or similar tools is a plus). Communication & Negotiation Skills: You impress with a clear, confident, and empathetic presence at the C-level and franchise HQ level – both virtually and in person. You speak German at a native level (C1) and business fluent English. Additional languages are a plus.
