About the Programs At Wildlife Studios, our Internship Programs are designed to develop students that are eager to start their careers in the gaming industry. What You’ll Do Support analysis, projects, and initiatives that directly impact our games and business; Participate in technical and business cases, problem-solving challenges, and brainstorming sessions with peers and leaders; Engage in structured learning sessions and mentorship to accelerate your development; Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to help shape the future of our products. Where You Can Work Strategic Finance: Strategic Finance is where business, data, and storytelling meet. This is the team that turns numbers into decisions, partnering with leadership to shape how Wildlife invests, grows, and competes in the global gaming market. Engineering (Game Tech & Platform Eng): Work on the maintenance of released games, with millions of daily players. Engage in activities required to keep the apps alive as well as implementing new features to enhance player experience. SRE - Site Reliability Engineering: As an SRE you will have the goal to provide easy-to-use, highly available systems to all the engineers in the company. As an SRE of the Cloud Platform team, your main goal is to improve the infrastructure services, using and refining our existing automations and contributing to building new services that will support the scalability and usability of the infrastructure services in the company. Product Management: Support product managers to plan and deliver new features, run A/B tests, and analyze data to guide product decisions. Help shape the game vision, align with engineering, art, data, and distribution, and take ownership of your deliveries with real autonomy to impact the player experience. Data Science: Expand game potential by providing non-trivial solutions to business questions, such as how to analyze game performance, engage players, customize content, run successful experiments, and optimize game economy. Data Engineering: Design, build, and maintain the scalable data pipelines that process billions of events from our global player base. You'll work with massive datasets, ensuring the reliability and quality of the data infrastructure that empowers data-driven decisions across the company, and collaborating closely with data scientists and analysts. Business : Be part of our User Acquisition team where we decide how our marketing investment gets deployed to bring players into our games. We work with large datasets across global platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, building the models, tests, and tooling that tell us which spend is actually generating profit.
