Role Summary and Impact OpenMind oversees Nestle's media activity in Zone Europe. With dozens of countries, +450 team members, and regular new product launches, the account is looking for an AI Discoverability Lead to provide strong SEO and GEO leadership for Nestle categories, supporting Nestlé Search Leads and AI Leads. Being above-market, the role offers plenty of variety, with an enjoyable balance between driving growth for brands, strategic consultancy and laying the framework for excellence, ensuring we’re delivering change at scale. This role will spearhead efforts to ensure elevated AI Discoverability across categories. You will be a regional champion of Nestle’s success framework in this space, overseeing the implementation of the theory into both strategic and activation level layers. You will ensure universal understanding of the above at every level of our teams above-market and in-market, partnering with digital specialists, media planners and category leads. You will be a conduit point between teams which impact AI Discoverability, ensuring scopes are aligned in purpose through to effective completion. Operationally, there will be a focus on partnering with categories to ensure each has a respective plan in place which is best-in-class, utilising latest available resources efficiently in a prioritised manner, focussed on the generation of measurable end results. We have a unique opportunity to raise the bar for AI discoverability across ZEUR, working with some of the biggest brands on the planet eager to showcase their supremacy online. As the AI Discoverability Lead in the Above Market Zone team, you’d be leading a group of AI / GEO / Search specialists holding authority across the Zone. You will be partnering with brands to ensure they have a clear strategy in place to maximize on the visibility opportunity available, which will include working with brands at varied stages of digital maturity. A key part of this role is developing your sizeable supporting team of specialists who will be practically involved at every level, crawling sites, assessing data and developing solutions to achieve enhanced AI visibility. You will help drive the education of the wider Local Market teams on the approach to ensure the same principles ring true across the region, driving excellence further still.
