This policy explains what data we collect when you use Xecodai, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to candidates who practise interviews and to any company using our talent-intelligence features.
Data we collect
Account and profile information you provide, your CV or imported profile, skills and language information, interview answers and associated audio or video when you use those features, copilot conversations, usage records and purchase information. We also process job postings from public career sites.
How we use your data
To analyse the CV or profile you provide, identify skills, experience and languages, run practice interviews, calculate your Job Match Score, generate feedback and reports, suggest openings, provide the career copilot and manage your account, purchases and invoices. AI tools process relevant inputs to provide these features.
Voice and camera
Your interview may use your microphone and camera so the AI can hold a realistic conversation. Recording only happens while an active interview is in progress. You can practise with voice only, and you can revoke microphone or camera permission at any time in your browser.
Visibility to employers
Your profile is private by default. You only appear in any future talent-discovery surface if you explicitly switch on 'Open to opportunities'. Companies cannot see your interview answers or reports unless you share them.
Data retention
Contact support@xecodai.com for information about retention or to request deletion of your account and associated information. This page does not specify a fixed retention period or an immediate deletion deadline for every category of data.
Your rights
You can review and update your profile information. Contact support@xecodai.com for access, correction, export or deletion requests and questions about the rights applicable to your situation.
