Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Xecodai you agree to these terms. They cover both free practice and any paid reports or subscription you purchase.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring the CV and profile data you import is yours or used with consent.
Acceptable use
You may not use Xecodai to misrepresent your identity, to scrape or resell our job-market data, to attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring models, or to abuse the platform in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.
AI interviews and reports
Our AI generates interview questions and feedback to help you prepare. Reports and match scores are guidance, not a guarantee of an outcome. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on them.
Free and paid plans
Practising interviews is free. A completed interview report is available for a one-time fee per report, or it is included in the monthly Pro subscription. Market-pulse access can be purchased separately. Demo checkouts shown before launch are not charged.
Payments
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Because reports are generated and delivered instantly, individual report purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If you are charged in error, contact us for a review.
Intellectual property
Xecodai, its scoring models, job-market data and interface are owned by us and licensed, not sold. Your CV and answers remain yours. By practising, you grant us a limited licence to process that content to provide and improve the service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
