What Xecodai does
Xecodai brings into one place what is normally scattered across job boards, spreadsheets and generic advice: you import your CV or LinkedIn profile, the platform analyses your skills, seniority and languages, and from there scores every open role with a Job Match Score that explains the reasons and the gaps. Then you can practise the interview for that role, by voice or by chat, and get a report.
How the interviews work
Each interview mirrors a real stage of that company's process: screening, technical interview, panel or final round. The AI interviewer talks with you, follows up when an answer is vague, and closes the conversation naturally. At the end you get a report with an overall score, five dimensions, a comparison against the candidate average, improved answers and recommended courses.

Xecodai is an independent product created in 2025 and operated from Switzerland. Billing, taxes and support are handled by Xecodai directly. The platform is available in English and Spanish, and charges in US dollars, euros, Swiss francs, pounds and Peruvian soles.
Privacy
Your CV and your interviews are private. They are never shared with companies unless you explicitly turn on recruiter visibility. You can download the original CV you uploaded and your interview reports at any time.

How is Xecodai different from a generic AI chatbot?
A chatbot improvises questions. Xecodai builds each interview from that company's real hiring process and that role's requirements, scores five dimensions (structure, depth, impact, communication and role fit) plus body language when you use the camera, and compares your answers against the wider candidate pool.
Where do the job openings come from?
Xecodai reads company career pages directly, every hour, and stores the roles in its own database. Closed roles are removed automatically, so what you see is live.
Is my profile visible to companies?
No. Your profile is private by default; you only appear in talent discovery if you turn on 'Open to opportunities'.
